Shipping and Courier Information
All goods will be delivered with a reputable courier firm and a signature is required upon delivery.
For international deliveries, goods are shipped via New Zealand Post or FedEx. However our website will not support these, in order to ship to an overseas address please contact us as the products normally need to be zero rated for export.
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination, size and weight of the item(s) being shipped and include a small insurance fee against theft or damage while in transit.
Please note any import taxes or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Some products, such as Cameras & Binoculars have free shipping nationwide.
- Low Weight - North and South Island = $7.50
- Low Weight - North and South Island Rural = $12
- Stewart & Chatham Islands = $25
- North Island (medium to large) = $12
- North Island Rural (medium to large) = $16.50
- South Island (medium to large) = $18
- South Island Rural (medium to large) = $30
- Heavy or excessively large items = +$60

Once your order has been placed and completed online you will be sent an automated e-mail confirmation of your order. This e-mail is generated by the website and confirms that your order and all relevant details were received and are being processed through our system. It does not mean that the freight you have selected is correct.
Good are typically dispatched within 2-5 working days. (normally sooner as we do carry a lot of stock). Actual delivery time varies on your delivery address, all items, big or small are tracked.
Approximate delivery times are as follows -
North Island non-rural: Overnight to three days from dispatch date
North Island rural: 2-4 days from dispatch date
South Island non-rural: 2-4 days from dispatch date
South Island rural: 3-5 days from dispatch date
Waiheke, Stewart & Chatham Islands: 2 - 5 and weather dependent
