How does it work?
We need to see the product in person to be able to provide a trade-in price.
Once we have accessed the item we will let you know the price and you can put that towards your new product. Easy!
For items that can't be brought into our retail store, we require the name of the product and photos of the product before you send the product to us.
What items do you trade-in?
We accept trade-in's for Telescopes, Binoculars and Spotting scopes. No other item will be considered.
What items do you trade-in?
Mid to high end items hold value better than the lower end items but we will consider any item that meets our trade-in policy. On select products we may choose not to offer a trade-in.
How long does it take to inspect a trade-in?
We inspect and value trade-in on Monday-Thrusday and Saturday. The inspection may be instant or may take 1-4 working days.
Do you give cash or store credit on a Trade-in?
No. The value of the trade-in is discounted from the new product purchase price.
How can I get the item to you for trade-in inspection?
Please either send the item to our store or bring it in person to us. Our showroom address can be found on our contact page. Contact Us - Jacobs Digital
If sending to our store, please include a note with the item that contains your contact infomation (name, email, phone number). You are responsible for shipping the item to us and any return shipping if you do not want to proceed with the trade-in.
