The Celestron Universal 12V 5A AC adapter is designed to power higher end Celestron telescopes that require a 5amp output.

Features a threaded barrel connector to prevent power-offs due to inadvertent cable pulls. With an output of 12V DC at up to 5A, there's plenty of power to run Celestron's largest mounts with heavy loads.

The switching AC-DC adapter provides more power with less weight than transformer-style power adapters.
