How does it work?
We need to see the product in person to provide a trade-in price.
Once we have accessed the item, we will let you know the price, and you can put that towards your new product. Easy!
For items that can't be brought into our retail store, we require the product name and photos before you send them to us.

What items do you trade-in?
We accept trade-ins for Telescopes and Spotting scopes. No other item will be considered. Mid- to high-end items hold their value better than lower-end items, but we will consider any item that meets our trade-in policy. On select products, we may choose not to offer a trade-in.
How long does it take to inspect a trade-in?
We inspect and value trade-ins on Monday-Thursday and Saturday. The inspection may be instant or may take 1-4 working days.
Do you give cash or store credit on a Trade-in?
No. The trade-in value is deducted from the new product purchase price.
How can I get the item to you for trade-in inspection?

If sending to our store, please include a note with the item that contains your contact information (name, email, phone number). You are responsible for shipping the item to us and any return shipping if you do not want to proceed with the trade-in.
