Shipping Policy

New Zealand

All goods will be delivered with a reputable courier firm and a signature is required upon delivery.


For international deliveries, goods are shipped via New Zealand Post or FedEx. However our website will not support these, in order to ship to an overseas address please contact us as the products normally need to be zero rated for export.


Shipping fees vary depending on the destination, size and weight of the item(s) being shipped and include a small insurance fee against theft or damage while in transit.

Please note any import taxes or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order has been placed and completed online you will be sent an automated e-mail confirmation of your order. This e-mail is generated by the website and confirms that your order and all relevant details were received and are being processed through our system. It does not mean that the freight you have selected is correct.

Tracking Your Order

If available your tracking number will be automatically sent to you after purchase.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If for any reason your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. In the event of a damaged in transit product, do not return this to us as this will void the claim. The Carriage of Goods Act 1979 makes the courier company cover in transit damages. The item needs to be uplifted by the courier company.
