Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (NZST) on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next business day.

You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. Please note this confirms receipt of your order — a separate shipping confirmation with tracking details will follow once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or major sales), processing times may take an additional 1–2 business days.

New Zealand Delivery

We ship with trusted courier partners across New Zealand. A signature is required on delivery for your security. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight. All shipments include insurance to protect against loss, theft, or damage in transit.

These are estimates only and may vary due to courier volumes, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Click & Collect

You can choose to collect your order from our Auckland store. You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring photo ID and your order confirmation.

International Delivery

We ship internationally via FedEx. Shipping estimates are available on our product pages and Cart page for the countries we are currently shipping to. For other international destinations please contact us.

Any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are outside our control. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, battery content, or manufacturer agreements. If a product cannot be shipped to your location, we'll contact you to discuss alternatives. We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your delivery through the courier's website. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll take care of it. Keep the item and all packaging exactly as received. Do not return or send damaged items to us directly – the courier company is required to uplift damaged-in-transit items from your address to process the claim. This does not affect any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, get in touch and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Your Rights Under NZ Law

Your purchase is protected by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Products must be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be delivered within a reasonable time. If something goes wrong, you're entitled to a remedy such as a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Unexpected Delays

While we make every effort to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to weather, courier disruptions, peak demand, incorrect address details, or other circumstances beyond our control. We'll do our best to keep you informed if your order is affected.
