OrcaTorch TD01 Mazu 1200 Lumen Dive Headlamp
A hands-free dive lighting system built for divers who need white illumination, red-light control and flexible mounting in one compact underwater headlamp.
The TD01 Mazu delivers a powerful 1200 lumen white beam, dual auxiliary red LEDs, a 150 metre depth rating, a 180° adjustable bracket and GoPro-style mounting compatibility for head, helmet, wrist and camera-bracket setups.
Hands-Free Underwater Lighting With White & Red Output
The TD01 Mazu is designed for divers who want both hands available while still keeping their light aimed naturally in the direction they are looking. It is suitable for recreational diving, technical diving, cave-diving support, night diving, underwater photography support, spearfishing support, boat work and pre-dive or post-dive tasks in low light.
1200 Lumen Main White Light
The central LUMINUS LED produces up to 1200 lumens with a focused 17° beam angle and a maximum beam distance of 183 metres, making it useful for underwater navigation, close repair work and general dive visibility.
Auxiliary Red LEDs
Two red auxiliary LEDs provide low-disturbance lighting for night diving, close-up tasks, marine-life viewing and photography situations where a softer red light is preferred.
Rotary Magnetic Switch
The side rotary switch lets you move between white and red outputs quickly. Clockwise rotation selects the white-light modes, while counter-clockwise rotation selects the red-light modes.
180° Adjustable Bracket
The bracket allows the lamp angle to be adjusted up to 180°, so divers can aim the beam close to the face, straight ahead, downward for work, or upward for signalling and awareness.
GoPro-Style Mounting Compatibility
The TD01 uses a familiar sports-camera style mounting interface, allowing it to be mounted on the included head strap, helmets, wrist systems, Goodman-style handles or compatible action camera brackets.
Land & Underwater Use
High heat-dissipation construction and intelligent overheat protection allow the TD01 to be used underwater and above water, making it practical around boats, gear stations and dark shore-entry locations.
Built Around Real Dive Use
The TD01 is not just a torch strapped to a headband. Its sideways tube layout, centre lamp position, GoPro-style bracket and rotary control make it especially useful where hands-free lighting and fast beam control matter.
Output Modes
White light is controlled by rotating the switch clockwise. Red light is controlled by rotating it counter-clockwise. This gives fast access to the correct beam colour without cycling through every mode.

Mounting & Adjustment
Head Strap Mounting
The included head strap allows the TD01 to be worn above the dive mask, giving a natural hands-free beam direction for night dives, gear checks and underwater work.
Helmet, Wrist & Bracket Mounting
The sports-camera style mount gives the TD01 excellent flexibility. It can be paired with compatible helmet mounts, wrist mounts, action-camera brackets and Goodman-style handle setups.
180° Beam Angle Adjustment
The bracket rotates up to 180°, allowing the beam to be positioned for forward navigation, close inspection, task lighting or surface use.
Sideways Tube Layout
The horizontal body layout keeps the lamp compact and balanced when worn on the head, while leaving enough space for the main white LED and red auxiliary emitters.
Durable Dive-Ready Construction
Built from high-strength A6061-T6 aluminium with a Mil-Spec Type III hard anodised finish, the TD01 is made for saltwater environments, regular handling and repeated dive use.
A6061-T6 Aluminium Body
The aluminium body gives the light strength, heat dissipation and impact resistance without making the lamp overly bulky on a head strap or mount.
Type III Hard Anodised Finish
The hard anodised surface helps protect the body against wear, corrosion and handling marks in demanding underwater environments.
Coated Toughened Glass
Two-sided coated toughened glass is used to handle high underwater pressure while helping maintain optical clarity and light transmission.
Reverse Polarity Protection
Built-in protection helps reduce the risk of damage from incorrect battery installation.
Overheat Protection
Intelligent heat protection reduces output automatically if the light becomes too hot during extended above-water operation.
Double O-Ring Sealing
The battery-side opening uses sealing O-rings to help maintain watertight protection. Spare O-rings are included for maintenance.
What’s in the Box
Supplied accessories support head mounting, charging, bracket mounting and routine seal maintenance.

Why Choose the OrcaTorch TD01 Mazu?
The TD01 Mazu is ideal when you want a serious dive light that does not occupy your hands. Its 1200 lumen main beam, auxiliary red lights, 180° adjustable bracket, GoPro-style mounting compatibility and rugged 150 metre waterproof construction make it a versatile headlamp for divers, photographers, boat users and hands-free underwater work.
Care & Maintenance Notes
After Saltwater Use
Rinse the light with fresh water after diving and wipe it dry to help reduce seawater corrosion and salt build-up around the switch, seals and mounting hardware.
O-Ring Care
Keep the O-rings clean, lightly lubricated and free from sand, hair or grit. Replace damaged O-rings before diving and check the battery cap is tightened correctly.
Battery Safety
Use high-quality 18650 Li-ion batteries, observe the correct polarity and remove the battery if the headlamp will not be used for a long period.
Above-Water Use
The TD01 includes heat protection, but powerful lights can become hot when used out of water. Avoid leaving the light running unattended on high output in air.
Specifications, included accessories and battery/charging cable style can vary by production batch or regional supply. Always check the supplied product packaging and user manual before diving.
