Headphone socket submersion
With the supplied curly cable or waterproof dust cap correctly fitted, the detector headphone socket can withstand rain or submersion to less than 1 m for up to 30 minutes.
Third-party headphone compatibility
Any standard 3.5 mm headphones can be used, but the connector overmold must be less than 9 mm in diameter to fit the socket properly.
ESP compatibility note
