The XP ICON-X 28FMF RC with WSA-ST Stereo Headphones is the higher-control ICON package for detectorists who want lightweight XP performance with extra fine-tuning, a 28cm FMF coil, remote control and wireless stereo headphones included. It is easy enough to start with, yet gives you more programs, more reactivity adjustment and the useful extra 28kHz mono frequency for more varied search conditions.
The ICON-X gives you the simplicity of the ICON platform with extra adjustment for detectorists who want to fine-tune performance. Compared with the standard ICON, the ICON-X adds more program slots, more reactivity levels, finer ferrous-zone discrimination and the additional 28kHz mono frequency.
That makes it especially appealing if you hunt across different ground types, move between parks and beaches, work around iron contamination, or simply prefer a detector that gives you more room to grow as your experience develops.
XP’s FMF technology uses simultaneous multi-frequency detection to help the ICON-X work across a wide range of soils and targets. For extra control, the ICON-X also includes three mono-frequency choices: 4kHz, 14kHz and 28kHz.
This package includes XP WSA-ST Stereo Headphones, giving you compact wireless audio that pairs with the ICON-X remote. They are light, foldable, rainproof and USB-C rechargeable, making them a practical audio option for most land and wet-weather detecting.
