Steiner Navigator 7x30 Binoculars
Authorised Dealer
The Steiner Optics's 7x30 Navigator Open-Hinge Marine Binoculars are the natural evolution of their iconic Marine series that sees the combination of a traditional Porro prism light path integrated into an ergonomic open-bridge design. The prism system is naturally balanced and comfortable to hold and the open design provides more surface area to ensure a secure grip—reducing fatigue when you spend long periods of time behind the eyepieces. Complementing these ergonomic features are high-contrast multicoatings that enhance the view and Steiner's Sports Auto Focus system which allows you to focus each eyepiece just one time, eliminating the need to refocus again, regardless of how near or far the subject is—or if it is moving.
Optical Performance
- 7x power provides moderate magnification while helping to produce a comfortable exit pupil, despite the relatively small objectives, for easier low-light use
- 30mm objective lenses provide improved low-light performance versus compact models, without the bulk and weight of larger-objective models
- Traditional Porro prism design makes them balanced and comfortable to hold and presents a rich depth of field
- Anti-reflection high-contrast multicoated optics produce neutral and accurate color fidelity to improve contrast and image brightness
- 385.5-foot field of view at 1000 yards
Use and Handling
- Individual eyepiece focusing Sports Auto Focus system ensures the best possible views at all distances
- Rubber eyecups conform to the user's eye socket to block stray light and improve contrast and clarity
- Comfortable 4.3mm exit pupil will cover most pupils as they open and dilate in low light
- Individual eyepiece focusing
- Requires only one initial individual focus adjustment per user
- Eliminates the need for refocusing for targets at ranges from 22 yards (20m) to infinity
- Enables the tracking of fast targets without the need to refocus
