Manfrotto has pushed the envelope on their popular Nano stand with the introduction of the beefy 5-section 5002BL Nano Plus Stand. The stand rises to a maximum height of 6.5', has a minimum working height of 20.5', a stable 36" footprint, and can support gear (mounted onto its 5/8" stud with both 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads) weighing up to 8.8 lb at maximum height. One of the stand's handy features is its independently adjustable leveling leg which is a real asset when working in tight quarters or uneven surfaces. The stand's reverse-folding leg design allows it to be broken down to just 20.5" in length, while its weight of just 3 lb is sure to make it a favorite of nature and location photographers, as well as backpackers and campers.

Strongest Nano Stand Ever

The Nano Plus stand is Manfrotto's strongest Nano stand ever, tailored to photographers, videographers, and content creators looking for ways to downsize their gear and travel lighter.

Lightweight but Stable

While the original Nano stands fulfill the needs of creatives using speed lights and other lightweight lighting accessories, some of the leading battery-powered lighting equipment exceed the Nano's payload.

Impressive Load Capacity

With an impressive maximum payload of 8.8 lb, the Nano Plus can comfortably support the latest portable professional lighting equipment including flash or LED without compromise, even when paired with a modifier, allowing users to focus on their creativity.

Compact Stand Fits Anywhere

The compact folded length of just 20.5" makes the Nano Plus stand suitable for most carry-on luggage or ideal for those with very limited carrying space. It even slides neatly into the tripod pouch on the side of most camera bags or backpacks.

Multiple Connection Options

This versatile light stand features multiple attachment options including a stainless steel 5/8" spigot with a 3/8"-16 thread, plus a removable 1/4"-20 thread adapter allowing secure attachment of a wide range of lighting tools.
