1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the rental of telescopes ("Products") from Jacobs Digital ("we," "us," or "our").

2.1 The rental period commences on the date the Product is shipped to you and ends on the date the Product is returned to us.

4. Product Care and Responsibility
4.1 You are responsible for the safekeeping and care of the Product during the rental period.

5. Return Policy
5.1 The Product must be returned to us within the rental timeframe.
5.2 The Product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
5.3 If the Product is not returned in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to deduct additional costs from the Deposit.

7.1 If you cancel the rental more than 24 hours before the rental period commences, we will refund the rental fee in full.
