The GPZ14 Super-D coil is Minelab’s standard all-purpose search coil for the GPZ 7000, engineered to deliver balanced depth, stability, and ground coverage across a wide range of goldfield conditions. Its 14" × 13" footprint provides excellent coverage without excessive weight, making it suitable for extended detecting sessions in variable terrain.
Designed specifically for the GPZ platform, the Super-D coil geometry enhances signal handling in mineralised ground while maintaining sensitivity to medium-to-large gold targets. The coil is fully waterproof, allowing confident operation in wet ground, rain, and shallow water environments. Ideal as a direct replacement for a worn coil or as a second coil permanently set up on a spare lower shaft.
