About this product
To some the Habicht or traditional range of binoculars may on the face of it appear old fashioned & therefore could not compete with the current roof prism models. Nothing could be further from the truth.
The porro prism design offers an exceptional field of view & with Swarovski’s combination of quality optics & coatings they will easily give a ‘modern’ design binocular a run for its money.
With features such as Nitrogen filling & waterproofing this tough little model successfully combines tradition with performance.
OPTICS
High-quality Swarotop and Swarodur multi-layer coating for excellent light transmission and bright images with high light gathering.
Large field of view through a 6-lens wide-angle eyepiece (except 7x42)
Porro-prism system for contrast-rich, three-dimensional images with a small, manageable construction
FOCUSING
Central focusing wheel for rapid focusing.
Excellent close observation work achieved by a setting adjustment of only 3 m (10 ft.) to infinity.
ROBUSTNESS
One of the few waterproof porro-prism binoculars, the Swarovski Habicht models are airtight, dustproof and watertight (4 m / 13 ft.)
Nitrogen filling prevents fogging.
Extremely light, but very robust light-alloy housing. Rubber armouring for shock absorption and noise reduction. Comfortable to handle even in cold weather.
